The Women's Political Caucus of New Jersey is a unique organization that is dedicated to bringing together like-minded women from all sides of the political spectrum-Democrats, Republicans and Independents-who are interested in seeing more women elected and appointed to office in New Jersey.  

WPCNJ has helped me build and strengthen a bi-partisan network of amazing women around the State.  With just 1 woman in our 14 person Congressional delegation and 30% of legislative seats, we still have a lot of work to do.  

Today, WPCNJ's bi-partisan structure serves as an important model in today's polarized political atmosphere.  Time and time again we have seen women reach across the aisle and get things done.
