Tricia Mueller served almost 15 years as a Political Director for the Northeast Regional Council of Carpenters, which represents over 25,000 Union Carpenters throughout New Jersey and New York.  During her tenure with the Carpenters Union she served as National Political Director for the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America; the first woman in this position nationally.

 

In 2008, she served as the State Director for the Obama for President Campaign.  Prior, Ms. Mueller served on numerous Democratic Campaigns including McGreevey for Governor 2001 and Lautenberg for Senate 2002; in 2005 she served as the Coordinated Campaign Director for Jon Corzine for Governor.

 

Ms. Mueller has been highlighted by NJ Monthly as one of the 101 Most Influential People in New Jersey and as one of the Top 40 under 40 in South Jersey Magazine.  She also has been listed in the top 50 in Politicker NJ's Power List both in 2013, 2014, & 2015 and the top 20 Politicker NJ's Labor List in 2015.

Ms. Mueller has served on the Board of Trustees for the College of New Jersey and currently serves as a Board Member to the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Authority (NJHMFA).

 

Ms. Mueller received her Bachelor of Arts degree from The College of New Jersey.
