National Women’s Political Caucus Endorses Bonnie Watson Coleman for New Jersey's 12th Congressional District

Washington, DC - The National Women’s Political Caucus (NWPC) proudly endorses Bonnie Watson Coleman as Representative for New Jersey’s twelfth Congressional District.

“Throughout her career, Bonnie Watson Coleman has demonstrated her passion for women’s rights,” said NWPC President Linda Young. “She will no doubt bring the same dedication to the House of Representatives.”

Bonnie Watson Coleman has tirelessly served her community and state in various offices for over 30 years. In the New Jersey Legislature, she has been a key sponsor for the Unfair Wage Recovery Act, which would have helped achieve pay equity for women. She has also been a champion for women’s access to comprehensive reproductive health services and LGBTQ rights. “Bonnie embodies the values NWPC stands for and we know she will be a strong Congresswoman,” said NWPC Vice President for Political Planning Donna Lent.

“Bonnie has fought tirelessly for equality for all,” stated Women’s Political Caucus of New Jersey President Michel Bitritto. “Her dedication combined with her extensive background in leadership and responsibility make Bonnie Watson Coleman the best choice to represent the twelfth district.”

The NWPC, founded in 1971, is a national, multi-partisan, grassroots membership organization dedicated to identifying, recruiting, training and supporting women candidates for elected and appointed offices at all levels of government.
